Fake Contusions
Yuzuki would have been laughing herself to death, truly she would have...if this had happened to someone other than her. It would have been a very funny situation if Yuzuki hadn't ended up getting into a fight just when a police car drove by, in turn getting the "handcuff routine" she had to deal with. It would have been hilarious if she hadn't been attacked and threatened with a knife just as she was walking home from her karate lessons. It would have been undeniably amusing if said attacker knew that Yuzuki possessed a talent in hand-to-hand combat, thus kicking some serious ass in the process. And last but not least, it would have been humorous to know that all of this would lead to an unconscious attacker, a handcuffed redhead, and policemen thinking she was the one who initiated the attack.
Life was funny that way.
After arguing for hours with rude policemen who had no clue how to do their jobs, it took about five minutes for them to let her go once she mentioned Isuzu's name and her financial aid to keep their crummy jobs, she was released. The attacker was to spend a couple of nights in jail as punishment to which Yuzuki couldn't care less. She had wasted precious studying time because of these morons and would have to cut back on her sleeping because of them.
"Isuzu would be delighted..." the redhead thought bitterly. "She wanted me to spend more time outside of the house anyway..." Yuzuki snarled and leaned against the building of the police department and flipped her hair over her shoulder. Her ponytail had come undone when the bastard attacked her and slammed her against the wall which had given her a black eye, demanding that she hand over all her valuables. Her answer was a not-too-subtle punch in the fact and a swift kick in the stomach.
"Damn it all to hell..."Yuzuki cursed softly and called her chauffeur to pick her up, dancing around the question of why she had ended up at the police station in the first place. Now all that was left to do was wait...

It had been a long day. With teaching at the school and her part-time job dancing on the side, Freya had a hard time catching enough sleep to do it every day. She normally thanked god for her days off. Normally. Today was supposed to be her day off. Instead, she spent the whole day following a false lead she had on those damn kyuuketsuki.
Now she walked down the sidewalk, exhausted and ready to ge to her apartment and collapse. She hated every last bit of her life at this moment in time and wished for nothing else but to be put out of her misery. In the past, times like these would be quickly remedied by her beloved twin, but now...she was not so lucky. Her twin would never save her again.
A cool breeze filtered through the trees lining the opposite side of the road and she shivered, wrapping her arms around herself. She was wearing more clothing that she normally did but the skirt and tank top still didn't provide much warmth. Freya silently curse the weather, as she did everything else that day, as she crossed in front of the police station.
Freya saw a girl ahead. She had a black eye and looked rather unhappy with herself. Freya couldn't help but think 'Welcome to the club' as she narrowed her eyes and lost herself in her thoughts.
What happened after that happened so quickly, Freya wasn't even sure how to respond. She had tripped over a hiccup in the sidewalk and face planted right in front of the angry looking girl. Cursing, Freya stood up and dusted off her skirt even though it wasn't dirty at all.

Yuzuki sighed with frustration, and stared at the cars that were driving by at a great speed. She sincerely wondered why she always managed to get into into such annoying situations, it made her hair curl to even contemplate it. Why did so many people insist on getting on her nerves? It's almost as if they teamed up and negotiated what times they should start pestering her with mundane affairs. The girl was so riled up, she almost missed the one who just so happened to trip over something and land right on her face.
Yuzuki snorted.
"That was graceful..." she couldn't help the words that escaped her lips. The reaction was almost automatic and there was absolutely nothing to stop the redhead.
She stared at the clumsy female who didn't look hurt, proof when she stood right up after letting her face get acquainted with the ground. Yuzuki shook her head in disbelief, trying not to let a string of insults make their way out of her mouth. She knew exactly who the young woman was, how could she not? She took physical education classes in her high school, so there wasn't any surprise on Yuzuki's features when she recognized who she was.
Yuzuki didn't say a word, but continued to stare at the one opposite of her with half-lidded eyes, a glint of amusement visible in her crimson irises.

NOW IT'S JUST TOO LATEAND WE CAN'T GO BACKI'M SORRY I CAN'T BE PERFECT* * *hey there, YUZUKI, thanks so much for roleplaying with me! there are TWO-HUNDRED AND FOUR words in my post! i gotta give all the credit to SAYURI ** for this rockin' graphic and post template. the current post in most probably COMPLETE! but seriously, i really gotta say WOOT!!!! * * *
Incidentally, as Freya's luck would have it, it was a student who saw her moment of disgrace. Being the dance instructor and PE teacher she was mostly expected to be nimble and graceful. She normally was but then again she was far too simple a being to think deeply and walk along a crooked side-walk all at the same time.
She raked her brain for the girl's name, remembering within a second and nodding toward her, " Asahina-San. " She had decided to ignore the remark about her grace, chalking it off as an insult made before she knew that Freya was her teacher.
Freya knew, of course, that Yuzuki would have said it whether she recognized the woman or not but she had enough stress at the moment without adding a rude student to the list of things to worry about. Eyeing the building, Freya did what any respectable teacher had an obligation to do, " Why on Earth are you in front of the police station, Asahina-San? " Freya winced at the thought of having to report this finding to the principal and prayed it was something small that she could handle without a higher power having to get involved.

Yuzuki nodded back, acknowledging the fact she did hear her sensei.
" Why on Earth are you in front of the police station, Asahina-San? "
The girl blinked, not really expecting the question. She knew that being disrespectful to teachers would surely result in detention, but the redhead didn't feel like humoring her sensei. Besides, why did the school always have to poke their noses into other people's business? She was fairly aware that her reputation was far from perfect, and that her peers already considered her a social outcast, there was no need for teachers to think the same. But at this point, Yuzuki told her reputation to go screw itself and didn't care for the outcome.
"I robbed a bank this afternoon, and the authorities didn't seem to like it." she said, with a hint of sarcasm. "Don't worry though, they let me off easy. I only got 20 years in jail to pay off." she answered with a straight face, no trace of humor could be detected in her voice.
"And what are you doing on this fine evening, sensei?" she said, while looking up at the sky to see that the gray clouds had become more darker, signifying that it would rain soon in the evening. Fine evening indeed, it looked like the very start of what would surely lead to a thunderstorm.
