Crystal Manifestations
Fierce winds whipped Yuzuki's red locks roughly against her face, making her skin tingle with irritation giving her the urge to scratch her cheeks. The weather was less than perfect to spend outdoors seeing as it was cold and windy, the definite signs that a thunderstorm was underway. The redhead wasn't bothered to say the least, she found something extremely soothing in the grey, monotonous appearance of the sky and the appearance of rain means a symbolic cleansing for her soul. Rain meant water, water meant crystal purity, and being washed with rain was not something to complain about, or so she thought..
She took pleasure in the temporary serenity and was very glad to get away from her adoptive "mother" who was drunk yet again. Not that it bothered Yuzuki, but having to deal with an over-zealous non-drunk "mommy" was something intolerable, yet if you added alcohol into the equation...utter chaos was certain to brew. Yuzuki would return a couple of hours later to find her passed out, no doubt; it was just the cycle of how things went in their home.
The redhead sighed, and shifted herself on the rock she was currently perched on top.

Chikako was quite sad that she did not have any siblings to spend the end of the school day with. Atleast she had Alex, who to her was better than having any siblings, but even he was probably at work. She had sent him a call earlier at lunch, sent him texts while in class, but still he did not reply... he was too busy to even talk to her. From expecting him to see her, there was no way in heck that Chikako liked him! She just wanted someone to hang with. She really had no friends besides him. Her mother and father, she knew, were busy with the family sake brewery. Besides, if she did so much as trip, her parents would freak. They were over-protective since that incedent.
Chikako sighed as she walked slowly. Today was a rough day, girls in her class stole her lunch money and teased her for not having any school supplies.
"HEY YOU!"
Chikako turned around to see a group of girls running towards her . Oh no, it was them. The girls that stole her lunch money and taunted her. Everyday was like this, to and from school they would bother her, inside school they would torment her. It didn't help that her parents never spoke to her unless to ask if she was okay.
Why couldn't they just leave her alone for once? She tried to walk faster, ignoring them. Chikako, dressed in a baggy sweater and pants, ran under a tree, hoping not to get wet from the rain that was starting. "Ew..." In the distance she could see a girl sitting on a rock, she must have been cold. Chikako ran towards her.
"Hey.." Chikako started,"Yo, you're gonna get wet... I don't have an umbrella to offer.... All I got is a sweater, is that okay?" Chikako took off her sweater and put it on top of the girl's head.
"There," she said proudly "It's okay, if I get sick. I don't want to go to school anyways." Chikako began to shiver and not from the cold air, but from the sight of the large body of water. She began to sweat and petrified.

"Yo, you're gonna get wet... I don't have an umbrella to offer.... All I got is a sweater, is that okay?"
The redhead was so lost in thought, she hadn't even noticed the newcomer talking to her. Her face looked as though they were focusing on something far away, but her eyes were glazed over with laziness. That is why Yuzuki thought she had blackened out when the sight of the sea was replaced by utter darkness. She jumped right up, her senses running wild, and grabbed the thing on her head, frantically trying not to panic. When she saw that it was merely a harmless sweater, her heart stopped its hammering and she sighed with relief. It was then when Yuzuki's eyes landed on a girl right in front of her.
She put two and two together and realized the sweater was gives to her by the girl. Yuzuki shook her head and handed the sweater back, noticing the shiver.
"Why risk getting sick for someone you don't even know?" she asked, and stuffed the sweater in her hands. Yuzuki could stand the freezing environment, it was something she had to live with when she was stuck in the hellish orphanage and the thin blanket they got wasn't enough to keep them warm from the harsh winters.
OoC: Sorry for the suckish reply!!

Chikako was quite irritated from the other girl, not because she turned down the offer of the sweater but because she wanted to get sick. Chikako didn't want to go to school at all. She hated that place, nothing but hard work and bullies. Chikako had a fear of water, they kept teasing her about it.
"I risk my own health because I don't like school. I know it's good to go to school for education, but education isn't a matter for me since my parents already picked out that I will become the owner of their Sake brew when I am older." Chikako laughed. "I want to be a doctor when I grow up, when my friend talks about his job, I get excited!"
Chikako watched the girl, "Are you sure you're fine with nothing? we can share the sweater! Oh oh, I know. Would you like to come to my house? My parents and I could fix you something to eat and then your parents could pick you up or we'll walk you home. Are you okay with curry?" Chikako got all excited, she made a new friend. One that wasn't an older male who was sometimes to busy to even see her thanks to her job, but once Chikako grew up she would get to work with him and be with him alot since they'd be both doctors. That sounded fun to her.
Grabbing onto Yuzuki's wrist, the young twelve year old began to skip in the direction of her house, whistling a Japanese song she heard from her video game. "We could play games and have fun!"
